Whenever Holi comes my mom usually prepares this dry sweet as many guest are coming n all r having coloured hands so it’s easy to pick it n gulp as a whole into mouth…

Preparation  Time 15 min

Cooking Time        12 min

Serving Persons      4

Ingredient 1 cup rawa 1/2 cup grated coconut 1/4 cup sugar 1 tbsp milk 1 tbsp water 2 cardamoms 1 tbsp dryfruits( used kaju,pista n kismis) 1 tbsp ghee Procedure Heat ghee n roast all dryfruits till golden brown n remove to a plate. Add rawa to the rest ghee n in slw flame dry roast it till its raw smell gone. Add grated coconut n cardamom n saute for 2 min. Now add sugar n stir till sugar dissolves n finally add all dry fruits. Now remove from heat n add milk n mix well. Transfer to a plate n add little little water n mix well. When heat little reduced make ladoo like lemon sized balls. Gently keep on a plate as it is very soft…keep in a air tight broad container. Note: If u feel mixture is little dry u can sprinkle milk or water little n mix it. Posted from WordPress for Android
