2 cups maida
2 tsp oil
Water to make dough
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Add oil n salt to maida n rub maida with both hands so that oil incirporates with each particle of maida.
By this way it will be more khasta while frying.
Rest the dough for 10 min.
Make dumplings out of the dough. Roll it n cut into a rectangular form.
Now cut this rectangle shape to long stripes.
In each stripr make a cut in between n fold it to forma ribbon shape.
Heat oil n deep fry this ribbon papdi in medium flame till it becomes crisp.
Keep these papdi on tissue paper so that excess oil absorbed.
Store in an air tight container.
