
Rice-Daal Crunchy
Ingredients
2 cup cooked rice
1/3 cup cooked n mashed daal
2/3 cup besan
1 medium onion chopped
4 green chili chopped
chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup boiled potato cut into small cubes
1 tsp red chili powder
a pinch of soda
salt to taste
little water
OIL for deep fry
Procedure
Add rice , daal n besan,mix well.
Now mix chopped onion,green chili n coriander leaves with all spices.
Mix well n heat oil for deep frying.
Deep fry all pakodas,just remove it when it half fried.
Again fry it, the reason is it absorb less oil n more crunchy.
Yummy rice-daal crunchy ready…
