Preparation Time 10 min
Frying time 5 to 7 min per batch
Serving Persons 4
1 n 1/2 cup cooked rice
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 cup grated carrot
3 greenc hili chopped
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
12 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup besan
2 tbsp rice flour
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/4 tsp baking soda
water to make batter
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Take all veggies to besan n rice flour and just press the rice so that it is easily bind with flour.
Next goes in all other ingredients and mix it well except water n oil.
Add water little by little to make it pakora batter like consistency.
Heat oil meanwhile.
In high flame take some portion and carefully put the batter into hot oil.
When the pakoras come to up,make the flame to low and half fry this.
Remove from hot oil and make it cool dowm a bit.
Again deep fry these pakoras…till it becomes crispy and turn into golden colour.
Buy adding rice flour,the pakoras are little crunchy.
When you double fry the half fried pakoras,it is more crispy.
By adding soda pakoras are more fluffy…
Rub carom seeds to enhance the flavour.
