
Sattu Paratha
Thnx Rajni ji for a yummy n easy stuffed paratha recipe… Sattu this name only I heard first time from her…she told me how to prepare this…
Sattu is prepared by dry roasting bengal gram n making powder of this
Ingredients….
For Dough
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 tsp ajwain
Salt to taste
Water to make dough
For Stuffing
1 cup sattu
1 med onion chopped
2 green chili chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp any red chili pickle
2 tsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
Dry flour for making paratha
Oil to prepare paratha
Procedure
Knead dough adding salt n ajwain to flour…by adding little little water.
Rest this for 15 min.
Now prepare stuffing by adding all ingredients with sattu.
Now make dumplings out of the dough n roll it.
Fill 2 tbsp of stuffing at the center n seal it properly.
Now again roll it n make paratha shape.
Heat fry pan n bake paratha by spreading lil oil all over paratha.
When its done fron one side,flip it n repeat the process.
Have this with some pickle or raita…
