Schewzan Potato Wedges…is a quick party starter recipe everyone favourite.  And we prepare this in healthy way i.e. without deepfrying,so lets get started

Here I have used homemade Schewzan sauce which is easy to prepare in home and without preservative so it is healthy too and it can be stored fresh for longer time period in fridge.I share the video link of this recipe in below

Preparation Time 10 min
Cooking Time 12 to 15 min
Serving Persons 3 to 4

Ingredients Required

14 to 16 potato wedges
(Parboiled in salt water)
¼ cup schewzan sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Black Salt to taste

Procedure

Parboil potato wedges with salt water for some time.
Strain the water…n heat tava.
Now heat oil and place each potato wedge on tava for shallow frying.
Shallow fry these wedges till it gets turn into golden colour.
Then transfer to a fry pan,add schewzan sauce n mix it well.
Sprinkle little water so that the sauce is well coated on potato wedges.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves…mix it well.
Serve hot….

Notes

I have used olieve oil here for healthy version…but you can use any cooking oil.
I have parboiled the wedges so that it takes less time to cook for shallow frying.
Add salt little as we add salt while parboiling and salt is there in schewzan sauce.
I have not added garlic as in schewzan sauce I used garlic.
You can add little lemon juice to reduce the spicyness.
Don’t boil the potatoes os much otherwise it will break while shallow frying.
