This one I prepared in my recent kitty party and all love this.My husband doesn’t prefer schewzan fried rice as it is little spicy…but this time he also likes this taste…so ek toh video banta hai.And you can watch the schewzan sauce recipe also..I will provide the link below

Serving Persons 4
2 cups sona masoori rice (90% cooked)
1 onion chopped onion
1 cup chopped cabbage
¼ cup chopped beans
¼ cup chopped carrot
1 cup of three colour capsicum(green,red and yellow)
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
¼ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Heat oil,add onion with a pinch of salt so that it is cooked faster.
Now ad the cabbage,carrot and beans and sauté these in high flame so that is half cooked and little crunchy also.
Next goes in 3 colour capsicum and stir it for some time.
Add the schewzan sauce,black pepper powder,soya sauce to this and mix it well.
Now add the cooked rice and sauté for 1 to 2 min in high flame.
You can take poni rice,basmati rice of your choice.
Cook the rice before and make sure it is done 90% only so that it retains its shape and not sticky while mixing.
Make sure the rice is cooled down properly otherwise when we mix hot rice the grains start breaking and sticky.
You can add spring onion also.
No need to add more ginger,garlic and chili as schewzan sauce has all these ingredients.
Get the masala ready,before serving just mix the rice and serve hot.
If you like to have less spicy,just reduce the quantity of schewzan sauce and add little tomato sauce.
If you have left over rice also,you can make this fried rice…
