Sev is a favt Indian snack dish…
it can be eaten as it its or with some chaat items
1 cup besan
1 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp oil
water to make dough
salt to taste
OIL for deep fry
Add all spices n oil to besan.
Add water little by little to make a soft dough.
Now take sev chancha n fill the dough inside this.
Meanwhile heat oil n press the sev make to make sev on the heating oil itself.
Deep fry sev in medium flame till golden color.
Store in an air tight container…
