
Shezwan Potato Wedges
Ingredients
3 big potatoes
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp schezwan sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Procedure
Paraboil patatoes with skin for 5 min
Now make it cool n cut into wedges
Heat oil n add chopped garlic
After 30 sec add patato wedges n saute for few min
Check all sides become golden color
Add lil salt n turmeric powder
Flip the wedges in between
Finally add schezwan sauce, salt n chopped coriander leaves n mix properly
Switch off flame n add lemon juice…its ready
