Notes

Soak the rice n dal for 1 hour…so that it take lwss time to cook and in this way less consume of gas.
Whenever you are preparing dal, cookt he dal in a vessel whish is easily fit in pressure cooker…in this way you can cook some curry  next time without making it dirty.
I have used more masoor dal comparing to toor dal as it is healthy and you cant differentiate in taste.
Add little oil or ghee to pulses so that it will not spill.
If you wish you can use little ghee while cooking rice.
I prefer to cook rice in a vessel rather than rice cooker ,in this way all startch gone.
You can prepare the fresh powder for monkia and use it instant…
If you are making in large quantity, store in air tight container to retian the flavour.
Whatever veggie available I use that for monkia , you can use turai, tondli, parval…etc.
