Smoked Chaas ka flavour ghar main I स्मोक छास I smoked masala chaas recipe in hindi I roshniscuisine

As summer season is going on…chaas is on demand now a dayz as it just refresh the mood,but if we add a smoked flavour to this…then it just add stars to this. So in home just enjoy the smoked chass flavour…lets get started

I serve this chilled in earthen glass to Hubby dear…while taking the photography he returned home and and it just put a smile and refreshness  on his face.

Ingredients Required

1 cup curd
3 cups water
2 green chili
12 to 15 mint leaves
12 to 15 curry leaves
3 strings of coriander leaves
Roasted cumin powder
Black Salt to taste
5 to 6 ice cubes

Charcoal piece
1 tsp ghee

Procedure

First  add green chili,mint leaves and 2 strings of coriander leaves in a mortar and crush it…it increases the flavour.
Now in a vesseladd curd,this green paste,cumin powder,black salt,curry leaves to the water.
For mixing it I follow my husband trick…
Take one more vessel and pour the curd mixture to this bowl and thenagain pour this to curd mixture bowl.
In this way it is properly mixed ,no need to grind it.
Add the ice cubes to this.
Heat a charcoal till red hot.
Place a small bowl on the curd mixture and carefully place the red hot charcoal.
Pour ghee on it…you can instantly see the smokes coming out.
Cover it to infuse the smoky flavour to the chaas.
After 2 to 3 mintake out the lid,the smoke flavour is completely infused.
Remove the charcoal bowl…serve chilled.
I serve this in earthen small glass…

Notes

Crushing  the green chili and leaves in a mortar just enhance the flavour.
You can grind these with curd instead of crushing.
You can add ginger…we prefer to add mango ginger as it has raw mango taste.
