
Spicy Rawa Uttapam
Ingredients
2 n 1/2 cups sooji rawa
1 big onion choppedn
1/4 cup chopped green capsicum
1/4 cup chopped red capsicum
1/4 cup chopped yelliw capsicum
1/2 cup grated carrot
10-12 curry leaves
2 green chili chopped
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
2/3 cup curd
1 tbsp eno fruit salt
Water to prepare batter
Oil to make uttapam
Red Chili-Garlic chutney to spread on uttapam
Procedure
Add curd n all vegies to rawa.Mix well.
Now add water n salt to this.
Set for 30 min, if batter is little dry add water.
Add eno fruit salt at the end n mix well.
Now heat tawa n pour 1tsp oil,spread two big spoon if batter on it n make uttapam size.
Now pour lil on the upper part of uttapam n cover the lid.
After some time remove lid n apply redchili-garluc chutney n flip it.
Now roast it till lil crispy n serve hot…
