Stir Fried Vegetables I Healthy Party Recipe I roshniscuisine

Actually friends I went for monthly grocery time, there I saw fresh mushrooms. So suddenly it strikes to my mind why not do this video and in home some colourful veggies also there. Whenever hubby dear brings mushroom, he wants mushroom65 or mushroom pakoda… but these are fried so I thought why not try mushroom in this way and all like this in my family.
Today while recording also I prepared this for my daughter school tiffin box, then for hubby breakfast and third time for recording…three times I did this today….so lets get started

Here I have used home made paneer…its so easy to prepare paneer in home and it is so soft n fresh too. I am providing the video link below, you can check it out

Serving Persons 4 to 6


1 large onion cut into cubes and removed the layers
½ cup white cabbage removed the layers each
½ cup purple cabbage removed the layers each
½ cup zucchini cut into cubes and deseed
½ cup tomatoes cut into cubes and deseed
5 to 6mushroom cut into 4 parts
¼ cup green capsicum cut into cubes
¼ cup yellow capsicum cut into cubes
½ cup homemade paneer cubes
2 tbsp spring onion white part
2 tbsp spring onion green part
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp soya sauce
½ tsp sour soya sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp sesame seeds


Heat the butter and add onion, purple n white cabbage to this.
In high flame sauté for some time.
Next goes the mushroom n zucchini, sauté this for 1 min.
Then add capsicum n spring onion white part…repeat the same process.
After all vigges get cooked add soya sauce n black pepper powder.
Now add the salt…n mix it well.
By adding salt the veggies start loosing more water.
Now I add my homemade paneer…and cook little.
Finally I add tomato cubes as it cooked faster.
Just before turning off add spring onion greens and sesame seeds for crunchiness and mix it well.
Serve hot…


Here you can use any choice of your veggie…like you can use babycorn, yellow capsicum, broccoli, parboiled cauliflower, boiled potato  etc.
I have cut the onion and remove the shells so that it is properly cooked.
Same way I removed the layers of cabbage and purple cabbage.
I just deseed the zucchini and tomatoes as it has more water content and the dish will be more soggy…you can use that in any curry and have it as like this only.
Saute the veggies in high flame so that it is half cooked and crunchy also.
No need to add water , it will get cooked with the water content of veggies only.
I have use butter here for more flavour…but if you want to make it more healthy you can use olive oil.
Here I used two types soya sauce one is thick n sweet and the other one is sour n thin, so I dint use vinegar.
Add the sauce carefully as butter and sauces have salt.
If you are preparing for kids,just reduce black pepper quantity and add little tomato sauce.
