So this smoothie I will make with a little healthy twist and this twist is oats…You can add oats to the smoothie and kids happily drink it without knowing this…so lets get started

Preparation Time 5 min
Grinding Time 2 to 3 min
Serving Persons 2
Ingredients required
1 cup strawberry
½ cup yogurt
10-12 mint leaves
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp oats
3 to 4 ice cubes
Procedure
Take all the above mentioned ingredients in a blender.
Grind to a smooth puree form.
Pour in a glass and serve immediately or if you want to store for longer time
store in a jar inside the freeze.
Notes
You can add only honey instead of sugar.
If you want you can add banana instead of sugar to make it more healthier.
Add ice cubes to make the smoothie more tastier and thicker in consistency.
