This receipe i learnt from my friend amrita,it is made from snake gourd.
Whenever i am getting this vegetable in jakarta i m making some sabji,she told when u make pakoda of this its very tasty.
when i made this i felt it is so yummy and juicy type.So i thought why not share this with you people
2 no.s snake gourds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
a pinch soda
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1.5 tbsp besan
1 tbsp rice flour
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Peel the snake gourds,cut into round shape and remove the seeds.
Add all ingredeints.
Heat oil and deep fry the mixture on a medium flame.
Fry it till golden colour,it looks sunahari.
Now ur sunahari pakoda is ready.
