Sweet Mango Pickle
2 medium size raw mangoes
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp sugar…increase quantity if mangoes more sour
Pinch of salt
Wash mangoes n wipe it with dry cloth fully.
Keep like this for some time.
Peel it n cut into 1 inch thick long stripes.
Add all spices n mix well.
Keep for some time n dry it in hot sun for 2 days…all juices from magoes come out…
Store in an air tight container n keep in freeze
