Sweet n Tangy mango Ice-Cream

Wow…two mangoes at a time now…U can get sweet taste from ripe mango n tangy taste from raw mango…I hv added lil chili to get all flavours…

Preparation Time 15 min
No Cooking
Freezing Time      8 to 10 hrs

Ingredients

For sweet part…
1 cup sweet mango cubes
2 tbsp curd
1 tsp sugar

For tangy part

1 cup raw mango cubes
2 tbsp curd
2 tbsp sugar
1 green chilli

Small cubes of sweet n raw mango cubes for garnishing

Ice cream sticks n moulds

Procedure

For sweet part

Mix all Ingredients n blend to a smooth puree.

For tangy part

Mic all Ingredients except curd n gv it a churn.

Now add curd n blend to a smooth puree.

Take ice cream moulds( I hv taken small glass)

First put the raw mango puree n freeze it for 15 min.

Now pour sweet mango puree on it.

Garnish with small mango cubes.

Insert ice cream sticks in the middle.

Freeze it for 8 to 10 hrs…

Demould it keeping in water for smtime n enjoy

Note: The puree should be ill thick in consistency

If u want to avoid spicyness…don’t add chili
