1 tbsp butter
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp gun powder
1 tsp sambar powder
Heat tawa , add butter n oil.
When butter start melting add onion n saute till it becomes golden brown.
Add sambar powder n gun powder.
Keep idly on this so that ths masala coated on tge center part of all idly.
Now turn it n keep the idly on tawa for 1 min.
Note : preferrable fresh idly so that it absorbs masala
If dont hv fresh idly left over idly also ok
U can add chopped coriander also
