Hi Frndz…something new and yummy starter recipe for you all.You know frndz due to some reason indian grocerries are not exported like poha,sooji,besan,atta so its little difficult to manage but har cheeze ka solution hota hai…so i thought to prepare recipes with local available ingredients…so this recipe came to my mind
Hope this recipe is helpful for my Jakarta friends and for you all this is a new yummy recipe…this is always a party hit recipe…u know this is my daughter’s favourite recipe whenever her bday is there This is on her top demand list.
I watched this recipe in a southindian channel that time it’s name is choclate veg…so when I made this in my kitty party by ooking its shape one of my friend Rashmi told…name it Toffee Wrap as it is looks like a toffee so from that day it is called as toffee wrap…Thanks to my friend Rashmi Pareek for this lovely name

Ingredients
For Dough
2 cups maida
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp carrom seeds
1/3 cup water
Salt to taste
For Stuffing
2 medium potatoes boiled
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
OIL to deep fry
Notes
You can make chinese stuffing,mixed veg stuffing,add paneer so many variation…just try.
You can replace maida with atta with healthier version.
You can bake the toffee wrap instead of deep frying…just coat with oil before baking.
