This recipe i learnt from my friend preety(manpreet)
initially i made soup using soupmix pkt but when i
tried this its so amazing taste…thnx preety
I alter this recipe adding little bit more
Ingredients now what are those listed below
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup carrot
1/4 cup beetroot
1 cup tomato
4-5 garlic cloves
2 star anise
1 handful tulsi leaves
2 tbsp butter
water as needed
salt to taste
sugar to taste
1 cup bread crumb small cubes
2 tsp cream or malai(optional)
Cut onion,carrot,tomato,garlic into big pieces and
(Carrot is used to reduce sugar quantity and beetroot
used to enhance the colour of soup)
Take a bowl,add little wate,add all this with star
anise,black peeper and tulsi leaves,salt.
When all veg boiled,make it cool down.
Take out tulsi leaves and star anise.Now grind the
mixture and make a smooth paste.
Now add water to the paste and strain it properly.
Now take a pan and boil the soup so that it wll get
thicken,add 1 tbsp butter and sugar to this.
In another pan heat 1 more tbsp butter and shallow
fry bread crumb cubes till golden brown colour.
Take a bowl,pour the tomato soup,add bread crumbs and little malai,serve hot.
