hi friends this biryani u can make if u have less time to prepare a yummy dish…


1n 1/2 cup basmati rice soaked for 15 min

2 onion chopped

1/4 cup mint leaves chopped

1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped

1/2 cup onion deep fried

1/4 cup carrot

1/4 cup cauliflower

1/4 cup beans

1/8 cup capsicum

1/8 cup green peas

1 tbsp ginger -garlic paste

3 green chili chopped

1 tbsp oil

1 tbsp butter or ghee

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1 inch cinnamon stick

5-6 cloves

3 cardamom

1/4 cup saffron milk

salt to taste

3 cups of water

For Garnishing

15-20 cashew nuts deep fried

8-10 ginger stripes 1 inch each

2 tbsp fried onion

chopped coriander leaves


Heat oil,then add ghee or butter.

When it get heated add cumin seeds,cinnamon stick,cloves n cardamom.

After 30 sec add ginger-garlic paste with chopped onion,green chili.

Add a pinch of salt so onion start little brown quickly.

Now add soaked rice n mix properly. Now add the water with salt.

When it start boiling , cover the lid n cook till rice halfly done.

Now add all veggies with 1/2 cup fried onion,chopped mint n coriander leaves n saffron milk.

Cover the lid for till rice is fully done.

Now garnish with  fried onion,ginger stripes,cashew nuts n chopped coriander leaves…
