Veg Burger…everyone’s favorite

Ingredients

1 small onion chopped

1/4 cup chopped cabbage

1/4 cup grated carrot

1/4 cup chopped french beans

1/4 cup chopped capsicum

2 green chili chopped

2 medium boiled potatoes

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp oil

slices of onion n tomato

2 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/2 cup bread crumb

2 burger pav

butter for making burger pav toasted

butter for coating the burger from other sides

black pepper powder n red chili flakes for sprinkle on burger

2 cheese slices

oil for shallow fry

salt to taste

Procedure

Heat oil,add chopped onion with green chili. Saute for 2 min.

Now add all veggies with ginger-garlic paste,stir for 2-3 min.

Peel the boiled potatoes n mash it,add this to veggie mixture with all spices n mix well.

Now make balls n flatten it,coat with bread crumbs.

Shallow fry this from both sides till the tikki turn golden color.

Now toast the burger slices with butter.

Apply butter on other slices of burger as shown in picture,sprinkle black pepper powder with red chili flakes.

Now keep one cheese slice,above that keep one tikki.

Now keep one onion slice n tomato slice.

Now cover this with the upper part of burger slice.
