Veg Manchurian who does not like…all time favourite recipe.Last week only I have prepared this as my daughter bday week going on so every day something of her favt recipe I was preparing.So though to record this time for my viewers.I have share some tricks and tips also so that it will be more tasty and yummy.So lets get started…

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1/3 cup chopped purple cabbage
3 meium onion chopped
1 medium carrot grated
10-12 french beans chopped
1/4 cup chopped red capsicuim
1/4 cup green capsicum chopped
2-3 green chili chopped
1 big garlic clove chopped
1 slice ginger chopped
Salt to taste
OIL to deep fry the veggie ball
2 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp wheat flour
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp china salt
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp oil to make chinese mixture
Procedure
Add cabbage,purple cabbage,carrot,French beans and half onion in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp tomato sauce,1 tsp chili sauce and ½ tsp soya sauce with salt.
Mix it well first a the veggie has water,if you feel the mixture is dry add little water.
The mixture should be like this when you make a dumpling it forms a perfect shape.
meanwhile heat the oil for deep frying.
Make the dumpling balls at a time,and put one by one in hot oil.
Deep fry in low to medium flame till it is crunchy from ouside.
Remove to an absorbent paper so tha t excess il is drained out.
Now in a broad fry pan,heat oil.
Add chopped ginger,garlic,green chili and sauté for few seconds in high flame.
Now add chopped onion with a pinch of salt so that it is cooked faster.
Add the chooped green,red capsicum,sauté for 2 min.
Now add all the sauces,balck pepper powder,china salt,vinegar and mix it well.
Add the fried veggie balls to this and sauté for 2 min in high flame so that it is well coated.
Serve hot…n enjoy.
Notes
Make the veg balls little smaller in size so that it will be crunchy from outside and soft from inside and the the Chinese sauce mixture also absorbed properly.
Make the flame high while making the Manchurian in this way the veggie is half cooked and retains its crunchyness.
I have chopped the veggie so tha titis well coated with the Manchurian balls.
By adding the wheat flour it is healthy and as it is deep fried so difference in flavour.
