This is a yummy indo-chinese recipe…which is favourite of all. This recipe is requested by one of my lovely viewer Kashish Malhotra…so I dedicate this tasty recipe to her.You know friends while I am recording the ingredient list my tripod is broken,I feel so helpless at that time…then gain courage and thought to do recording myself…as holidays going on my daughter also helped me in some parts of recording…finally it is done. So lets get into recipe details

Cooking n Frying Time 18 to 20 min

Ingredients
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 medium onion slices
1/4 cup thin sliced capsicum
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 green chili chopped
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
3 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp maida
2 tsp cornflour
Water to make cornflour and maida paste
Salt to taste

OIL to deep fry
Procedure
Make a thin paste of cornflour and thick paste of maida by adding water.
Now heat a pan,add oil.
When oil is properly hot,add chopped ginger,garlic and green chili.
Saute for few seconds,then add all veggie except spring onion.
In high flame sauté the veggie for 4 to 6 min.
Then add black and white pepper powder,vinegar,all sauces,cornflour paste.
Mix it well,remove to a plate so that it is cooled down quickly.
After it cooled down,add the salt.
Now take two sheets a a time,place on a plate.
Place 1 spoon of veggie mixture at one corner of sheets.
Roll it half,then apply maida paste on both sides of roll part.
Fold it from both sides of rolling part.
Again apply maida paste on upper part and do a small fold from both sides of upper part,so that it is properly sealed.
And in this way you can geta beautiful design.
In this way make other spring rolls.
Meanwhile heat oil for deep frying.
Put the spring roll one by one,make sue the flame low.
When it starts floating,make the flame high.
Fry till it turns into golden colour and crispy.
Remove to an absorbent paper so that excess oil is drained out.
Serve hot…with sauce
Notes
You can add boiled noodles,sweetcorn,cheese a number of varities you can try.
If you want Indian version just replace stuffing with potato mixture.
Take two springroll sheets to get the crispiness and due to stuffing it is not get wet.
If the springroll sheet is bigger ins ize no need to take two sheets,one is enough for crispiness.
Prepare the maida paste little thick,otherwise spring roll sheets not properly sticked.
Now apply the edible gum paste i.e. maida paste properly so that the stuffing is properly sealed,otherwise while frying it oozes out.
Remove the spring roll sheets 45 min before so that it comes into room temperature.
Cover with a cloth so that it is not dried up.
Add slat after the veggie mixture is completely cool dow,otherwise it leaves water.
Add the salt little as all sauces also have salt.
Make sure the veggies are sauté in high flame,otherwise it leaves water.
And the cutting of veggie is thin sliced or shredded.
In this way after little cooking only it is done still retains its crunchyness.
