This Uttapa is so colourful kids love to hv…with watermelon topping
It is having both sweet n sour taste…as combo of watermelon juice n curd….

Serving Persons 2
1 cup rawa
1 n 1/2 cup watermelon juice
1 tbsp grated white part of watermelon
1 tbsp curd
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 string of coriander chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp emo fruit salt
Salt to taste
Oil to prepare uttapa
1 big scoop of watermelon
6 to 8 small scoop of watermelon
Long slices of watermelon
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp hung curd
Mix watermelon juice n grated white part to the rawa n mix well.
I dint add water…if u feel rawa is ill dry u can increase the quantity of juice.
Now add all rest ingredients except oil n eno.(coriander leaves I kept separately to put on Uttapa directly )
Soak for 10 min…
Finally add emo so that it rise…
Heat tawa n spread oil.
Pour the batter n when it half done spread coriander leaves.
When the lower part fully done flip it.
Spread lil oil n cookie for 2 min.
Now remove from tawa…place big scoop of watermelon at cent n small scoops around it.
Mix hung curd n sugar and put the mixture as a topping on watermelon.
Serve hot…with slices of watermelon
