One more Odiya Simple dish…in your kitchen
I specially liked it with roti…very healthy dish
1 medium potatoe peeled n cut into cubes
10 shallots or 1 medium onion cut into lcubes
2 medium ridge gourd peeld n cut into cubes
20 french beans cut into 1 inch length
10-12 tindoris(2 medium size)
I used chayote or cho-cho as it is abailable in Jakarta n similar taste of tindori
3 green chili slited
salt to taste
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp udad dal
Heat oil,add udad dal to this.
When it turn golden color add green chili n saute for 10 sec.
Now add all veggies with little water n salt.
Pressure cook it for 1 siti n remove immedieately. Cover this for 10min.
Serve with garam garam roti…
