Chala is an odiya dish which well goes with rice n replacement of dal,rasam…

It mainly prepared during hot season


1 cup curd

water as needed per consistency

small onions or shallots

10-12 curry leaves

2 green chili chopped

chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp black salt

salt to taste


Add water to the curd,the amount of water as u want the consistency…

Add curry leaves,black salt,salt,green chili n coriander leaves,mix well…

Finally add shallots…Have with rice
