If u have left over dal not to worry u can make a nice rasam out of this n it goes well with rice
1 small tomato chopped
3 bhendies cut into thick round slices
1/4 tsp pancha-phoran
1 red chilli
5-6 curry leaves
1/4 cup cooked tuar-dal
2 cups water
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
Heat oil, add pancha phoran,red chilli,curry leaves.
After 30 sec add chopped tomatoes n stir for 2 min.
Now add sliced bhendi and stir for 2 min.
Now add cooked dal ,turmeric powder,salt n water.
Boil it for 5min.
Ur rasam is ready to serve.
