Its a favourite snacks of my family.My nani maa called this desi biscuit.

Generally snax items means pakoda,samosa or some chips.
And if u have this more in quantity its unhelathy.

So better option is churmure masala u can hv it in large quantity and its not a fried item also,well go with tea.

200 gms  churmure(muree)
2   tbsp mustard oil
2   tsp  turmeric powder
2   tsp  chopped green chillies
2   tsp  chopped ginger
2   tsp  chopped garlic
1   tbsp swollen chanadal(chuntey chanadal)
1   tbsp peanuts
15  curry leavs
salt according to taste


Heat oil.Add chana dal and peanuts.Saute 1 min.

Now add chopped green chillies,ginger,garlic,curry leaves.

When peanut and chandal turn golden colour add salt and turmeric powder.

Then add churmurre and mix it properly, so that masala looks golden colour. Stir for 5-6 mins.                                                                                                                                                     

Now your churmure masala ready.
