Drumstick Leaves Dal

1/2 cup tuar daal

2 handfull drumstick leaves

1/4 cup grated coconut

2 tsp tamarind pulp

2 red chili

1 tsp oil

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1 red chili whole

5-7 curry leaves

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

salt to taste


Soak daal for 30 min n then boil it so that it will completely mashed.

Make a paste of coconut,tamarind pulp n red chili with little water.

Heat oil,add mustard seeds.

When it start crackle add red chili whole n curry leaves.

Now add the paste with turmeric powder n little water.

When paste loose oil,add boiled dal with water n mix well.

When daal sart boiling add coriander powder n drumstick leaves n boil for 5-7 min.

Serve hot with rice…
