A simple indian sweet dish…
1 handful rice(cooked)
4 cups of milk
2 cardamom cloves
2/3 cup jaggery/sugar
1 tsp ghee
1 tbsp of dry fruits(cashewnuts,almonds,pista,kismis)
a pinch of salt
1 pinch of saffron
Heat ghee,roast all dry fruits and remove it.
Now boil milk,add cardamom to this.
When it boiled for 15mins,add cooked rice with pinch of salt,boil it for 10 mins.
Add saffron to 1 tbsp of boiled milk n keep for 3 min,it will give yellowish colour to kheer.
Now grate jaggery n when milk mix little cools down add this to it otherwise there is chance to be milk curdled.
Finally add saffron milk…Serve soon or keep inside freeze n Serve cool…
