For Dough

2 cup maida
3/4 cup curd
Salt to taste

For Stuffing

1 cup sattu
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1 tbsp mixed pickle
1 tbsp mustard oil
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp water
Salt to taste

Alyminium foil
Oil for greasing n coating


Make a soft dough adding maida , curd n salt. If required add lil water.

Rest the dough for 30 min.

Now for stuffing add all ingredients.

Make dumplings out of the dough n in each dumpling fill about 1 tbsp stuffing.

Preheat oven at 250’C for 10 min in toast mode.

Place aluminium foil on baking tray n grease oil.

Place stuffed dumplings n coat with oil.

Bake at 200’C for 18 to 20 min.Its done.

If u want u can deep fry it also…for healthier version I baked it.
