Methi Papdi



1 cup maida
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black salt
1 tbsp oil
Water to knead the dough
Salt to taste

1/2 cup thick curd
1 tbsp coriander-pudina chutney

Oil to deep fry


Mix all ingredients with maida n add water little by little to make a tight dough.

Rest this for 10 min.

Make small dumplings n roll it thin , cut into long strips as shown in pic.

Heat oil n deep fry in medium flame till golden brown.

Add coriander-pudina chutney with curd.

Serve methi papdi with this…
