Misti Doi…in hot summer
1 litre milk
4 tbsp yoghurt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp water
Pistachio for garnishing
Boil milk till it becomes half in quantity.
In between stir it so that it does not burn from bottom.
Now make this milk to lujewarm temp.
Whisk yoghurt properly.
Heat a pan n add dugar with water. Stir it continuously.
After sometime it start turning brown color i.e. caramelized sugar .
In a bowl pour yoghurt, then add milk n sugar to this.
Mix well n set in a warm dark place to set misti doi.
Garnish with pistachios…
When misti doi set, keep in freeze for 2 hrs.
Serve cool…in hot summer
