12-15 raw papaya slices
8-10 pumpkin slices
2 green chili slitted
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp seasme seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to shallow fry
Take 1/2 cup water with pinch of salt n boil it.
Add these papaya n pumpkin slices n parboil it.
Now drain excess water…I generally add in daal
Add all other ingredients to this n mix well.
Now heat tawa n spread oil.
Shallow fry these slices till it becomes golden brown color from both sides.
